AVIDA Dance Company Competition Team is made up of advanced dancers of all age groups who are committed to a higher rigor of dance training. We aspire to bring the highest level of performance by competing at conventions and competitions at both the local and national level.

AVIDA Dance Company Competition Team members train 9 -16 hours a week, covering a wide range of disciplines (see below) as well as group dances and solos (if applicable). As a member of the competition team, our dancers will learn teamwork, engage in a positive competitive spirit, practice discipline, increase confidence and make lifelong friends.
